Thanks! It was a sketch first, and I used photoshop under the lines, just using them as guidelines. The more I experimented, the more I realized that lineart would be important for this one. So i printed the lineart out again, added details and crosshatching, and when i scanned it and put it back over the color it worked. So photoshop and pencil lineart. Thanks!
